That's weird - not having the DLC wouldn't cause that issue, though. He'd be grayed out if that were the case. Maybe try unsubscribing and sub again?

I subscribed and it says downloaded, but Eddie Kingston doesn't show up in my roster nor the Retired section

This one uses only the first NJPW DLC. I should have the DLC needed in the Required DLC section for each Workshop item
