is there a way to have it as a smaller file size ?

I want to add that skin into "my" server but its way too big to add it with other skins.

After you subscribed, launch Gmod and wait for him to download really quick, then boot up a map pf your choice, open the context menu (press'c') and scroll through fhe list to find him.
