Can you make an NPC out of this? I tried to do it but I have no idea how to really make it work... (I have no idea about this thing at all haha... ) I used the Model Manipulator tool but the model adapts a T pose... hope you can create an NPC out of this, thank you.

@scotland is not a real country. to get a holo effect simply use the color tool set the "affect" to hologram select a color. to have it done to you you might need a friend

Data streams require reworking emission blend mask. The game had something similar but I couldn't find a use for it.

Source doesn't support this holo effect. You'll have to use various tricks, probably use Photoshop.

also Halo 3 cortana has a much different looking hologram, has a see through arch going from her left clavicle to her left waist, I always found the see through parts to be more convincing at making look like a hologram
