@Lumpy you can get the armor in the Old World Blues DLC, by aquiring the keycard or by having the Ultra Sound gun with Gabriel's Bark upgrade and using it on the force field that's containing the suit.

Do you know of anyone who might be able to make a player model of the Ghost People? I always wanted their armor in FO:NV but I never got it it'd be cool to have that armor

Just use the default music. This isn't horror music. Rock music isn't scary.
