All my RICO assets are realized in the same way, so it’s really not necessary that you stick the same message on each of them...
I understand your dissatisfaction but I know how to read and only once would have been enough...

The answer to this problem can only be given by the creator of the mod...

After campus update this one has no RICO settings anymore and can also not be added through the ploppable rico mod because it wont take the save. Can you fix this ? It's also with a couple other of your buildings, i left the same comment on all so you know which ones.

Great model! Stayed at a hotel nextdoor to this when the crane collapsed during Hurricane Sandy in 2012, never saw the finished tower before! It looks beautiful!

Omg this is beautiful! I'm currently recreating NYC and posting daily progress on Reddit and just any NYC building that's not in the Workshop yet is a great help for my map!

P.S. is there any chance you could remake Rockefeller Center. The one in the Workshop is like 1:2

Thank you for all your comments, it motivates me to create other buildings of New York.
It already exists in the workshop, but I am redoing "432 Park Avenue" (the existing model is of 2015 made by DubaiSkyscraper, beautiful model but very heavy and didn't support afterdark DLC)

The entrance of the parking lot is on the back side of the building, pedestrian entrances are on the front side.
All the screenshot are taken in the game, without any mod or adjonction of asset
I make a video which will be soon on-line, you can see so better the building

Very appreciative of this asset however the park facing detail of the crown is missing in this (on the 3D Model). There doesn’t seem to be an in game photo of the park face of the building.

Idk if it's the asset entirely or just he uploaded model, but the 3D model on this page is messed up where the garage is.
