wow, this one is incredibly toxic. would you please explain, why Quartz punishes the player and speaks to a player in a passive aggressive tone , if you fail with the offline sequencer ? that's just awful, really, I'm so disappointed. the storyline is amazing, but this detail made me really mad.

Hello, I am a player from China. The hellsec 2 you made is excellent in my opinion, and the music is also very emotional! I can't forget the music when I fought Morpheus. It sounds good to me, but I can't find it all the time. It's a pity. I guess this song may be called "Gotta Dash".

Well then, the game broke for me. When I got hacked, I couldn't change my IP. No matter how many times I tried to put in my IP into the ISP it never came up. Fix your thing please.

Again, great extension i Hacked into Unity's servers and deleted every system file and z3r0 was saying "it's not too late go again " that was kinda weird but whatever.

@Tiziano3000 at the moment, I've got no plans for a hellSec 3. I feel as if I wrapped up the main story arcs pretty neatly in this one, and I wouldn't know where to take the story next. I've got other stories and ideas I want to explore, but that doesn't mean hellSec won't make a return in some form or another.

Maybe somebody already asked this question, but will you make hellsec 3?

i really want to thank you very much. it is a great expansion and i hope there will be a third part soon. i have a small suggestion for improvement, that before the "big events" start, there will be a hint that this hack is more demanding.

unfortunately i had a small bug, i could not connect to jareds mobile phone, no matter with which passwords. fortunately i could bypass this part by getting the continuative password externally.

which i liked very much, and then i had to realize that it was only once that the ports changed and are not always the same. i personally had great difficulties with the firewall if the password was long and contained zeros and o's.

all in all a cool storyline and also very nice that if you can't get z3r0 out, someone else takes it over, but it would have been nice to have a 2nd try here as well.

That still doesn't let me retry the mission, they just call me a failure and someone else does it. Really not fun.

Also the end mission is waaay overtuned.

Punishing failure by perma-death forcing you to restart is lame. Stop doing it.

Try this, after deleting the lockdown.dll and the OS is fully initialized, you get your first e-mail, try replying no to that first e-mail .

Great sequel, was fun to play through.

The firewall on the sequencer mission needs to be removed. There's no warning of a firewall in the console mode, and because of that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ firewall, I failed the mission.

Not to mention that you save the game right as you fail, resulting in no retries, AND every single person in the IRC chat ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rails you for failing. I felt so awful after failing that I cancelled my meetup with a friend and lied in bed for the rest of the day.

I think the game punishes you a bit too much for failing the Zer0 sequencer section but very good mod nonetheless

I just finished playing. Holy cow how amazing that was. Really. It was equal (or even better) than the original plot. A lot of small things and addons and all those details. God. It was truly amazing. Thank you for hours of entertainment! <3

i just finished all the missions AMAZING i had my laptop for a 15 hour flight and i played hellsec 1 and 2 for most of the ride so fun 10/10

Right at some point it tells you to check your logs on your own pc (in game i'm not that retarded) yet there's nothing there except me connecting and disconnecting. am i overlooking something? am i an idiot?

Holy ♥♥♥♥, this was awesome, hats off man :D. I especially loved the post endgame content because i could use all the obtainable tools and i got to ♥♥♥♥ with Morpheus one more time . Keep up the good work!

EDIT: I don't really understand those .act files in the cheater stash, IG they have .dec coding but none of the DEC exes work on them, even if i rename the to the .dec extension

To be honest - I was thinking that extensions can't be better that the main game before I play yours extensions (started from first hellsec (that was awesome :D))

@Kwiper an AMAZING extension but, 2 things. On my firts try at a playthrough I couldnt find the DECYPHER. I got stuck on the Magdonalds mission and it was pretty early so i thought i somehow deleted it accidentialy on the J0K3R mission. (where you get the sql) so I started again and skipped it up until the point where Hellsec was Hacked and rebooted. it was the last/only available mission on the Contracts list. still didn´t had the Frigging DECYPHER. WHERE IS IT? i also had a ComShell.dec and was eager to use it. I playd through it with the CheaterStash but still. ohh and second on my First Playthrough i also may have encountered a bug where if you fail to hack J0K3R ( don't ask me how you fail it) somhow all other Nodes Hack you J0K3R-like back it was ... annoying. But stil great Extension.

Ok, I was just able to fix it by setting my resolution to something higher so the plus sign popped back into my view. Using a 1366x768 monitor BTW, so someone else might have the same issue
