Look's like soviet apartment, or in this case ''Stalinkas''
and also often placed next to bigger roads, and also many were built at a about the same time ( not excatly ) But I think there are pretty cool

Yeah sure, also check Content manager in the ingame menu, search for oslo, all 3 should pop up.

In the pictures for this asset there are three buildings, two corner version and a non-corner. After downloading it, I only see one corner version show up when I type in "oslo" in find it, and even manually looking through all my residential growables I can't spot the non-corner version.

@teejaybra There's a mod you have to download to place RICO buildings, it basically lets you place RCI buildings individually without zoning. To place it all you need is the mod and you can plop them anywhere ingame
