There's never been any reported issues with using this on server nor have I heard of this kind of thing. You'll need to look at the output_log.txt file in FC_64_Data subfolder of the server and clients to find out info on the error. The log file is regenerated each time the game is launched so you'll have to close the game when it happens and look at the file. It could be there some mod part missing on the server. Putting mods on server requires specific steps documented in the dedicated server PDF.

So we managed to get the teleporters to work we had not put the config or the config had not been generated that seemed to fix that however the new issue is every time we collect research it kicks us from the server as if the server crashes however the server does not crash we just get kicked from it and that is a relatively new thing since the config has been activated

Forgive my ignorance but is there a bug with this working on servers I understand you haven't updated the mod in a while and that is completely okay was just curious because I was trying to use it

Hello again. Sorting the list by name works fine. But I've just tried "sorting by distance" for the first time, and that list looks pretty random/unsorted.

Great mod! But what I'm desperately missing is a way to sort the list of locations alphabetically and by distance. Would it be hard to add this, please?

I tried the beams, and it worked. What I did is I used power from the CPH to power every teleporter, and every vertical lift, and now everything works. Wonderful. Thanks! :)

The spead of power through LPT beams is a key mechanism to trigger segments to be loaded into a world after startup. By using the cheat power cubes there is nothing to force the segment to load other than the playing moving close enough to it. You'll need to run LPTs beams.

I have a problem with several mods, including this one, and I'm looking for a solution. My problem is that when I put a teleport pad deep in the middle of nowhere with an 'infinite power cube' powering it, it works great until I save the game, then the next time I run I can't see it unless I grapple down to that level and 'look' at it, at which time magically it's back on the list as a target.
I am guessing (!) that the problem is that because I am not running power vertically using lasers these deep nowhere locations aren't being loaded,so they don't show up. I suspect this is the same reason why my vertical lifts don't work sometimes, and my teleport hoppers sometimes won't work until I visit them.
I'm wondering if running lasers from the CPH down to the various levels (even if I'm not using the power) will keep the levels loaded and solve this problem. Does anyone have any experience with solving this problem?

Machines research not weapons. You need Advanced Logistics and Storage unlocked and completed.

the only tier 3 thing i have now is the tier 3 standing gun, but i'm staying with the tier 2 guns for now. the tier 3 gun is slow and i can't craft it yet.

If you don't see anything for quantum entanglement then your probably missing tier 3 machine pre-requisite. These are mid-late surface game research levels.

Two areas of lab research must be completed at the lab to unlock that, after which it should be in the Suit Upgrades tab.

Just installed the mod. Looks great. It would appear that the recipe needs updating to match the stock teleporter recipe? (gold foil instead of wire)

The last mod update changes the network payload. The mod needs to be updated to the latest version on server side by copying the newer DLL over.

I'm running into an intresting problem on a dedicated server. not sure how to fix it. seems on single player its working just fine.

The only thing in the mods folder in that path is a text file named workshopmodsecurityconfirmations

The settings folder is new for this update. Would have to see the log to know more. You do have a "%APPData%\Local\ProjectorGames\FortressCraft\Mods" folder right? It would be "ModSettings" (no space)

My teleporter network is broken after the update. I looked for the folder you listed and found the mod folder but no mod settings folder.

Awesome mod Vandal! Makes teleporting to my mining operations as simple as dropping it on a battery and naming it. Love the interface too,it's really slick. Thanks for creating this. :steamhappy:
