solid changes for holy weapons, nothing overtop. Just the right amount of tweakinging. 10/10 man

I'm still experimenting with modding so it's possible I do something like that in the future but right now I'm mostly focused on making underpowered stuff a bit more viable. I've looked into it a bit and it doesn't seem like it's as simple as changing a few lines.
