Oh heck yes! This is one of my favorite Q3A maps. Think you could make Q3DM12 which is the Dredwerkz? That'd be nice because Q3DM12 is my most favorite of all time.

You can't really save the map, but you can save the current state of the map on Sandbox.

This is a mixture of Quake III Arena's version of the map with Quake Live's. This means that Mega Health is only available in the Duel gamemode (which doesn't exist in Q3GMod, and probably won't be around any time soon).
