@Meeme_Diamond™ The USCM ship is not actually a ship but one of the anomalies (the dark purple spirals), so you should be looking for those. Its spawn chance is still very low though, so it might take a while.

To answer your actual question, yes, there are currently 4 custom hats found aboard the unique ships.

@LiverFox I think I've left multiple containers empty on purpose because back in the day I didn't know that some of them can generate without any treasure anyway. One day I'll get back to this mod and fix this.

Hey, just noticed the pirate ship doesn’t have treasure. The vanilla boxes do, but the lockers and pile of gems are empty.

C. If you have any other mods installed, some of them may interfere for one reason or another. This doesn't happen very often but it's safer to develop your mod with a vanilla setup first (unless you make an addon for another existing mod of course; small QoL patches are normally non-instrusive and can be used as well) and only then install other mods to see if things work together.

@CookiesAndCream It's hard to guess the exact cause but there are a few possibilities I can think of.

A. If you move your dungeon's connectors to another layer (for example from "objects" to "anchors" or the other way around), Tiled may not like this and either refuse to spawn certain dungeon parts or give a similar error. So it's usually best to keep connectors where they are.

B. If your dungeon uses custom tilesets, you should look through them and check if they're set up properly. Sometimes Tiled bugs out and switches the ID numbers of objects in a tileset. I've had a similar issue with microdungeon generation because of this, setting the correct ID numbers resolved it.

Hey! Ive been modding myself for a tiny while and have learnt how to create dungeons (especially spaceship dungeons which im interested in), but what I do I get the exact same instanceworld error everytime. Ive even went to the point of just creating a blank dungeon part with a platform and just copied vanilla config with the dungeon name change just to get it to work and even then I still get the error. I figured you would know since you made a mod similar to what I want to make.

It seems that it has something about font color, im glad to know MNS doesnt affect cockpit, that helps a lot. Ill tell you when i find the error.

@BITney, The Pixel Heister This issue doesn't seem to occur when no other mods are installed, and I couldn't find anything in your log that points to More NPC Ships being the source of it. The log mostly points to cockpit.lua being affected, which More NPC Ships doesn't modify at all.

In case you have any mods that change the navigation screen or other parts of UI in some way (such as More Planet Info, etc.), one of them may be a culprit.

When I click on a ship on the navigation screen as soon as I create the character I can see the ship's information, but when I advance with the missions and click again, the navigation screen freezes and I get this error:

@♫ Tadpole ♫ As long as you don't uninstall the mod and don't join any servers that don't have it installed, it should be fine to keep the Spaceship Simulator object.

The ID is mnpcs_virtual1.

Hi, I was curious, is it safe for me to spawn in the Spaceship SImulator object and place it in my own spaceship for personal use, or will it risk issues flaring up if I use it outside of a space encounter?

On that same topic, what is the ID of the Spaceship SImulator object (to be able to spawn it)?

@Sarkness Everyone on the server has to subscribe to this mod. Otherwise people w/o the mod won't be able to board the new NPC ships.

@Forgotten One I've had a similar idea before so the Protectorate-themed encounter is doable. Though at the moment I'm mostly busy with my other mod.

@Terminatus I'll consider making a patch to reduce the spawnrate.

@Tekno You're supposed to spawn inside a virtual ship when you enter the simulation. Does your character float in the void instead? If that's the case, then the ship was probably misplaced somehow.

Okay, I've tested out the spaceship simulator and I don't see a ship in the simulation...do I need to do something before I can enter the simulation or is this a bug? Idk.

This looks interesting! I wish I had more space content like that. Everything is so Starbound, and most mods focus on planetary content, not space content, as if we were playing Terraria.

@DARKEYE I'm afraid this invisible set of blocks will stay where it is, I don't really know if there is a way to remove it. But MAYBE if the mod is installed on the server, it will be replaced with an actual teleporter.

i found a glitch. if i have a virtual ship teleporter on my ship and i join a server that doesn't have the mod, all it does is put an invisible, unbreakable, 1x4 set of blocks on my ship. how do i fix/remove this?
