Este mod está muy desactualizado, no he visto ningún cambio en las unidades!
Imagino que en su fecha habría resuelto, pero actualmente éste mod está obsoleto, no veo ningún cambio en el juego.

Me gustaría saber en que carpeta está las texturas de las unidades, me gustaría modificar las mías propias!

but yes they were quite accepting to an extent

idk about in the same unit maybe same army but same unit RIGHT next to each other i dont think so

@Killinspecialist The Vikings were very accepting of other religions, hence why slaves from all cultures and religions could rise to be a prominent member in viking society. It is very realistic to have them in the same unit, espeically in danelaw where they would fight side by side. But they were very devout to their old gods, which is why they were threatened various times by christan kingdoms to convert.

@Mallow, The Bunny im not saying it by it self is unhistorical im saying the way they implemented it is unhistorical putting them all in the same unit with REALLY expensive crosses and such but i do dispute your claim that the vikings didnt care about their religion and that they were abrahamic first it is in many sagas that the vikings were pretty pious about their religion and the main reason they didnt change much of the religion of the isles was because their religion was very unorganized and that the christians had a great tradition of spreading religion while there were a few christian vikings the vast majority were pagan still also theres not much evidence of any muslim vikings of any kinds of numbers

The mix of christians and pagans in viking units is all but ahistorical. People up there were extremely pragmatic and less religion-centered. You could by christian crosses which you could use as Thor's hammer. The image of Vikings as fearsome pagan warriors is Hollywood at best. A big part of the viking culture by this time was actually abrahamitic: There were many orthodox vikings, even more catholic ones and a few muslims. Albeit the story of the muslim viking cheese maker settlement seems to be untrue, the true base of this hoax is that vikings didn't care much about their religion and thus, where the Big Apple of the early middle ages. Cultures, religions and social standards "clashed" peacefully and created wealthy trader cities next to villages which still traditionally looted others.

@Killinspecialist: I had a look at how the hammers and crosses are distributed and I get your point. I agree with you that the way they are distributed could have been done better. The saxons, gaels and welsh have almost no crosses and the sea vikings have also just a few hammers, while the danes have a lot of both. I think it would be nice if these accessoires would be properly distributed amongst all factions, but only for some elite units since they look very expensive with all that jewelry on the crosses.
I won't guarantee anything but maybe I can adjust it a little bit if I have the time. Thanks for the suggestion.

just a quick request do you think you can make a mod that does away with the unhistorical mixing of christians and pagans into one unit with both thors hammers and crosses hanging fron their necks maybe you could make an all christian and\or all pagan danelaw roster or at least dont have both pagans and christians in one unit plz

@Lesama: I could do that, but right now I am very busy improving this mod by adding more variety to every unit of each faction. It is a lot of work, because I want to do this properly so if you don't mind waiting a while I can attend to such a sub mod as soon as I am done with this one

Hi, could you also make a sub mod where you only add capes to the mailed thengs (sword infantery and spears) of Wessex?

I added a list of the changed units to the pictures and as demanded gave the sea Vikings more pants.

Thank you, very useful mod. Please put your pants on the Viking-ostmanns so they don't have their asses freezing in the sea. A Viking without pants is a shame to his konung )

some units (Hirdsman) of Dublin and Sudreyar do not wear pants yet, but still it is a good mod dude :D
