well this works fine for me, tried with 2nd division danish team, 1st division danish team, superliga team, danish league and now fc nantes in france, the danish league i changed the striker from CF to Target Man Support or Advanced Forward, both worked just fine

i use herrera as Box2Box. to have a playmaker and a MC that helps Def and Abou in the attack. herrera scores like 17 goals in the season. Romero and Lerma are very good option to B2B position. =P

As well instead of Complete Forward try Poacher(Roaming from Position)

And try aggressive tackling on the central backs

Try the Tempo a lil bit slower... im in the second season and i lowered the tempo, more precise passes, might help you
