@jbyun91, Shooten- I'm afraid that the character is just someone that you can spawn, I'm not fully sure that you can upload avatars to the workshop. The only way you'll get to use this as your character is attempting to recreate it in the avatar editor.

@Dirkstam, thanks- it doesn't come with a Pokeball or anything. There are, however, quite a few Pokeball items on the workshop already, as well as a fair few Pokemon that you can download.

Try opening up the object creator in game and going into the downloaded items tab. If this isn't in there, try opening up the steam workshop from the button in that tab and re-subscribing to this item (It should still be in your subscribed items list- all you have to do is unsubscribe and subscribe again).
