Another 3rd rail Osaka metro train is in planning. but may be delay. (other asset too delay now.)

Vehicle Effictの更新に失敗　テクスチャのみ更新
It failed Vehicle Effict fix. Only texture update.

I chack files. Effict data broken. Sorry I did not notice.
I will texture update few days later. It fix same time, If i can.

I think you forgot to add default effects in config file: "Error while parsing vehicle effect definition file(s). Assets will work but may have effects missing. Contact the author of the asset(s). " :)
