@SimonS : I don't know what you are talking about. I'm using Steam Workshop as a guy from a long time (Total War series etc...) and these kind of mods just exist, but also lack.
I began my own implementation since I know better what's going on in the background.

@Deadpwner : I think so with steam workshop, but there are some tweaks for playing two mods at the same time (you get the source of one, and overwrite...). But that's a good remark :)
And yes, subscription automatically downloads the mod.

@Impreial Trap : I don't that mod but I can hint if it could be. This mod changes FACTIONS.XML file (only) meaning that it should works with mods that don't override it.

Only FACTIONS.XML file is modified, meaning that it will work with work with all the ones that don't change it.

So it will probably works with a good amount of small mods, but it is very unlikely it works with larger ones (for example, RaW conversion mod).
