No you don't understand. The game is dubbed "Garry's Mod 13" by the developers themselves. There will most likely never be any of number above 13 in the title of the game because it has ceased all major updates to even change the number. Not to mention there's an entirely new Garry's Mod being made by Garry Newman himself.

In short, no, there's no Garry's Mod 14.
