I would only advise that if your character is using the added eyes not the default ones.
If you go to Nexus mods I have some more files for people to use, including the source files. So you can mash them all up yourself. Also consider Bashing if you use many mods that do similar things to avoid bugs.

Eyes for all races (Dark Elf, Wood Elf, High Elf) are included this mod! :) Enjoy!
These replace the default eyes, so if another mod adds extra eyes they wont be effected. Make sure to install/run this after any other eye mod you are using though.
Not when in vampire lord form, it just affects just the normal (human form) vampires (it works with Dawnguard vampires), also there is an alternate vampire version on the link in the description above.

Yes, you have to install or place this after other eye mods in the load order.
The files are only x2 vanilla (not 4k) and are highly compressed so as to minimize the impact on low end PCs, but it will still make the game run slower and cause a fps hit.
If your PC is too low a spec then you shouldn't be using mods like this, really you should be going for performance optimisation over quality.
Just click on the big green subscribe button, when you start the game it will download the mod. You can check that it is installed by clicking "Data Files" on the Skyrim launcher, it should say ZX_Eyes.esp in the list there.

Sounds like the old vamp glitch from Oblivion, you had to load you vamp game, then load another character, then load the original again and that would fix it.
Try some console commands like showracemenu or setrace?

I’m not sure what you mean by "changing colour" your eyes change when you become a vampire but that is a permanent state, they don’t change back and forth. Unless your talking about the vampire lord? But I didn't mod the vampire lord's eyes.
If your talking about when you first turn into a vampire, that involves the game changing out the normal eye mesh for the vampire eye mesh and that has it's own texture file. It seems unlikely as that is scripted into the game as part of the whole vampire quest-line.
I would have to guess that this is a problem with Skyrim rather than my textures as they are just picture files and not meshes. They have been tested by many people and proven to be compatible and in working order.
Your mod could be in some way corrupted or didn’t download properly, you can try deleting it and downloading again or look into Skyrim vampire race troubleshooting.
It will tone them down quite allot, I tried to keep the look of the original Bethesda eyes.

Eyes of Beauty is great mod and adds lots of new eyes, you can use this mod with that one just install it after or set up your load order to overwrite their default eye replacement, this only mods the vanilla eyes so the newly added eyes from Eyes of Beauty will still be there in the chargen.
