thanks for the mod... but I kinda like that they tied food to taxation... it makes a lot of sense realistically...

Title is a bit off. As I could change my food into the negatives by lowering my taxes... Making this mod almost pointless.

Maybe title it something else like "No get out of jail card?" idk
