I don't think it effects matchlocks from memory, it just effects the bow reload speed to make it pretty much 0

Yeah it surprised me too! The bigger mods like Radious do a lot of tweaking to weapon files, adding a lot of new ones too. Pretty interesting stuff :)

Oh, I get it. So Shogun 2 actually tracks what weapons a unit is using. For the longest time I figured that the weapons the units were holding were more or less decorative and that all the real damage was being applied quietly in the background by the unit stats.

@marxinator It depends, from memory this mod only alters the weapons table iteslf and not the units, but I could be remembering wrong.

@18thRUG_Ms_alancpl To be honest I don't think I will, at least any time soon. I haven't done any Total War modding for quite a while. If you add me as a friend and send a message I will gladly go through the steps wiht oyu to do it yourself though, it's quite easy!

@Mandorle21 This is for player and AI, it just tweaks the actual stats of the bows themselves. I actually wouldn't know how ot make it player only sorry D:
