Experiments are part of the game ;-)
(the challenge was to adjust the models according to the correct angles so that they fit the normal turret model)
I was customizing a Swordfish (Spikes ship from cowboy bebop) and since the guns are way out on the wings you can't really hit anything if you line your nose up. These gimbal style version of the gatling guns are perfect for aiming toward the center of my viewpoint.
Great job on these. How'd you do it? If it's not too hard to explain.
Is it possible to install a conveyor door behind the gun?
- Please check if the cargo and the gun have the same owner
- is it possible to move it manualy?
Thx
If all manual launchers were automatic it would be very good.
Has there been anyone that tried to cirumvent that, perhaps like the radar mod from cheeta? He has his radar already know of the possible targets and only checks weither or not to show them.
Keen should make turrets have two different cones, one for targeting and one smaller one for firing. That would potentially solve several issues (while creating some more :P).
Because a very narrow attack field with a high adjust rate would be awesome!
Both with a normal range, but +/- 3 Deg aswell as a very short range, but +/- 20 Deg Gattling gun! Any variation would be very very useful!
Of course, if there was a way to scale from one to the other via slider... That would be the pinical of fixed weapon tech for Dogfights for me personally!
