Out dated, please update

The new Mod launcher for Rome 2, Attila and Thrones of Britannia has still some bugs. If you experience problems with the new launcher, then you can subscribe to the old Mod launcher again.

STEAM > Library > Total War Game > Options > Betas > choose "launcher_release_candidate"

If you want to use later again the new launcher, then do the same process and choose > Betas > NONE - unsubscribe from all betas

It's recommended that you put Unit Recruitment Strength as high as possible in the loading order of the new launcher.

The UPC-TOB should work without the need to activate it manually in the new launcher.

As I described it in the installation instructions, the file just needs to be in the related data folder of Thrones of Britannia.

- improved the internal database file name to further increase the priority of the loading order. My mod will overwrite the recruitment strength value if another mod also uses the same value. You can use my mod with all available gameplay mods and overhauls.

CA released today a beta patch 1 and Unit Recruitment Strength still fully works.

Here is some information about another mod which I made on Total War Center. It's a language translations project which makes it possible that all non English speaking players can see the custom texts from the support mods of the UPC-TOB in the game.

Please note that not all mods in each language are translated, but all custom entries are included in English and you can see at least English texts.

There is a little rule in the UPC history. "It is better to see at least an English text, as there would be otherwise just a blank text."

Yes this version of the mod sets the initial recruitment strength of the related units of the player and the AI to 50%. In vanilla the value is 30%.

But the Viking + Norman Invasion are scripted and not affected by this value.

i kinda like the new system until the vikings, it really ficks der AI up when they recruit an army to invade and its red as the devils bottom while my three armies march forward

I decided to release these three versions on Steam as they are the most downloaded versions on Total War Center since the release of my mod.

All versions will be still available for manual installation on Total War Center. (20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%).
