no, nobody is allowed to build Xsotan ships except for the Xsotan themselves.

ikr lol and they want us to be able to put our own designs in through modding or who knows we might get a selection screen which would also be cool but it will eventually be posible its one of the things on their road map.

actually each xsotan ship only took a little less than an hour the corvette took like 15 minutes lol its mostly copy pasting a shape i make then making it progressively smaller building up layers.

Just imagine a Human ship design with intigrated xsotan tech like a mix
These ships are awesome in design, i dont dare to imagine how much time it takes to do something like this

Pretty lookin' ship, I should make an Alliance destroyer that's all utility, and little aesthetic. IE, brick in space that's not quite a brick.

Great build, but the rear 'tails' look like I could shear them off with the blunt nose of one of my ships. Just saying.
