it's indicating that lod is non-standard. It's not game breaking problem, it's just lod textures are wonky so nothing to worry about.

Loading screen mod gives an asset error in its asset report:

Very Nice. Would love the Molten Steel Car as a prop. I'm looking for everything steel related on the worshop, and these are a great addition.
