For hacking, there is a defence value(hardness) and your attack value(hacking skill), and a dice roll from 0-99. Fomula is "Roll+ATTACK>DEFENCE == success".
This mod control the dice to roll best score every time. So you success, but the values shows on the UI remain unchanged. Just like feel lucky, but it is a cheat.

Increases hacking skill to nearly always successfully hack. Its a cheat mod.
