I like slowing down response and all but weapon droping when hits I want to disable this function if anyone know any addon other than this or if theres any chance to this addon got update I just try my chance and send this comment there.

Tested some things, and I've realized it still works, just not on combine speficially, but EXCLUDING ONLY COMBINE SOLDIERS?? I'm super confused right now, I have no clue what could be causing this either than reskins, but I don't know why that should change anything

Not sure why, but changing the values doesn't actually make a difference in damage, I've checked ARC9's body damage cancel options and damage settings, still nothing changing. Anyone know why?

If anyone wants to do this more "in-depth," just go to the skill.cfg file in the game files. It allows you to completely edit damage profiles for limbs and body parts, for both the player and NPCs. It also allows you to change the damage of weapons, and the health of NPCs.
The directory is as follows (assuming you know how to get to the game files for steam games):
GarrysMod>garrysmod>cfg>skill.cfg
