Compatiblity Update 1.38
Thank you for reply and info.
Shifting point is defined in the engine file, not transmission. In my mod description above you can see all parameters that are in my mod.
If shifting is to late, it is an engine issue. Sorry.
And here Kap Kriech released a new sound for Scania R 1.37. (default SCS sound too sharp i think) he said any gearbox mod not support.
But i think here is we get little bit annoying thing.(hope its not only for me)
Gears switch in real automatic (normal power mode) is too late around 1700-800 rpm and even when you have empty load trailer.
Is it possilbe to make gearbox with default parameters (that switches in 1500 rmp and will start from A5 when empty load) for this sound mod?

Compatiblity Update 1.37
@King:
Yeah, a well made truck will fallback to original parts, if mod has disappeared. Without fallback parts truck can crash the game.
Engine mods sometimes can lose sound in such a fallback case. No more with fMod, as I undersand.
I'd say vanilla boxes are not trash, but mine are not buildable with real world cogwheels. and for this, unrealisticly comfortable. :)
I'm happy you enjoy them.
I made a backup of my save and tried loading it. The truck I was driving worked fine, it reverted to a vanilla gearbox. Switching to another truck crashed the game. Selling my trucks and buying new ones, with vanilla gearboxes, worked just fine. Point being, you can still play the game even if @Kimo hasn't updated the mod. Existing jobs will probably be cancelled, though.
Just make sure to make a backup. My sample size is one, so technically I know nothing and anything you do is your responsibility.
Also, while I'm at it, great mod. I really appreciate it, especially now that I'm forced to use the vanilla trash boxes.
