You should put the mod in your XComGame/Mods folder. See 'Manual Installation' point here [wiki.tesnexus.com].

Can't get the Non-WoTC version to work. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong but I copy/pasted it in with the other Workshop mods.

All other voices from this game were already added at one point or another; just browse the workshop.

Was there more voices? I could be getting mixed up with Halo 2 but was there an Austrailian soldier voice and a Texa's voice SGT?
