@Der Unqualifizierte That's an Altyn helmet, a Russian helmet typically used by Russian heavy units and Spetsnaz. Not sure what you mean by Anime Helmet.

Is it possible for you to import models from GTA V but from an addon ? I’m looking for someone who could be able to import New York State Police models from an addon not from the game itself and port it to Gmod as Player Models. I’m here for a server and we are paying a good price for it.

Currently my go-to playermodel ingame, and there don't appear to be any real seams or fallacies on the model itself. It blends in really well in pretty much any environment due to the duller colours, and the head is perfectly shaped for custom hats to appear with no real issues; just an all-around good playermodel! Used to go Noble 6, now I go Gorka, and I stay Gorka. Also the Easter Egg makes me look like a TDA Vocaloid model, which makes me fit in very well in such environments when need be. Definitely a favourite.
