When trying to place the beehive I might have found the conflicting issue. If you are like me and have over 90 mods installed it's troublesome to find conflicts, so that's why I have went through most of the popularly used mods myself and found that if you have (Mechanical Mining Drill)
installed with the (Advanced Beekeeping [0.7]) they will conflict and cause this crash.
I know this may not be the solution for everyone but I hope this may help some of you.
I can have a look at your logs, if you want to, but I suspect this is due to a mod conflict, so please see first if you have corrupted mod files and re-download the mod. Also, try to test the mod by itself without other mods active on the server and add mods one at a time, to see if there's a potential conflict.
Please read the mod description carefully and follow the in game quest and see if those solve your problems.
But I also had a mod compatibility issue.
Seems that this mod is not compatible with Mechanical Mining Drill by peaceman.
@Hektor Riven Maybe you could double check this.
Actually I admit I wasn't able to identify the mod. It may seem an easy task as I've just about fourty addons, including all the dependencies, but it isn't, and looks like it will require a lot more time. Because of this I've just awaited for your answer to be sure it wasn't a known problem.
I'm going to check everything again and hopefully I'll find the problematic compatibility issue!
Thanks again for your time and for the bees (working for me on an unmodded world and acting greatly)!
Did you figure out yet, what mod was causing the compatibility issue?
After a few tests I've managed to discover that it's a mod compatibility problem. Beekeeping works if there're no other mods (beside Equinox Core). I haven't found, however, the problematic mod yet.
In while, thanks to the log, did you find something useful?

I hope they help! I'm using Shader at Medium, if it matters.
Thank you very much for your answer. By the way, I love bees, maybees because here where I live there's a special kind of honey and I love watching the hives of my friends.
You can find the logfile in %appdata%\MedievalEngineers\MedievalEngineers.log
I have to report, by the way, that happens to me too a crash whenever I try to place an hive. Which part of the log would you like to have in order to investigate the issue?
My test was on a Creative Wild Start.
Thanks in advance!
When I crafted a beehive.. it crafts ok.. but when crafted.. it disappeared. I am unable to "take" it. O . o
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you! Your awesome!!!
It should be relatively easy to destroy it - it has about the same integrity as a timber.
The only explanation I can come up with why you might have such a hard time is that you have installed another mod that changes some properties of physical materials.
