Then once those are closed it brings a wave a error messages, the error saying:
Error in script (Global) function <update>: <Unknown Error>
I'm not sure if that information helps.
These entries deleted. Hopefully this solves the problem!

Version VVV - Now using standard background

Try disabling your virus firewall temporarily and see if that works. You might need to add the pastebin URL specifically to your firewall to allow it to pass.

I'm not sure what you mean by "pastebin scripts"??

-- Phase Die "heavier" and doesn't roll around as much.. It was rolling onto other items. This should prevent it.
-- 3) Add a red box around phase card to indicate where dictate die goes.
-- 4) Plays MUST click DEAL button to begin game. Hopefully will prevent some confusion for new players (less blinking buttons on startup).
I'm not sure what's happening with the background. It's not loading for you guys, the dropbox link is dead, and yet it seems to come up on my machine and every other friend I've had download and test. My guess is that our machines/TTS have it cached. It's not a big deal as it's just the background and selecting any other background will permit the game to play normally. I'll pick another background next release.

I didn't implement ANY AI for the objective tiles, I'm afraid. You can still USE the objectives - the game will still score 1VP per talent counter, but you'll manually have to keep track of the objectives for both yourself and the AI.
SamF7
Is the objectives currently take no functions(scripted AI)?
1) Wait to click ANY buttons until all of the assets are loaded, example: (Loading 51/58) 88%
2) I've noticed since the last patch that even after it reaches 100%, it takes a few seconds more for all of the tiles to load. If you see white dots in lieu of your starting tiles, wait until the tile appears normal before clicking a button to start.
SamF7
Hmm. That shouldn't be happening. I've NEVER seen that error. Usually the die just sputters in it's little space before I move it back to a known spot.
i'm wondering if it's something to do with the DropBox error? I'll give it a look-see and see what I can find.
Would you mind dropping me a screen shot of the error? Friend me up and I think you can send it just via the friend chat-box.

- You do your turn while the AI is doing his. The AI will finish his turn in about 3-5 seconds. You don't have to do ANYTHING for the AI. It's all automatic.
- To speed things up further, I've include a big "Citizenry Bowl" on your side of the table. Plop any "used" die into this bowl and the'll automatically be put back in your citizenry area (a "play tester favorite feature") and another great time saver.
- The game keeps track of score and end game conditions. Realize that dealing with VP chips is now a snap....just add them into your tableau and the game keeps score/track of them.
- New game? Redeal? One big redeal button resets the whole table in a snap.
So, you can play the game as quickly as you can actually "do your turns" (settle, scout, etc). Everything else between the turns is automated.
I find most of my time is spent analyzing the board, and figuring out what I'm going to do with the #$%&#*# dice I just rolled. :-)

Great Question. Realize that this mod is HIGHLY scripted. Things that take a lot of time in the real game take just a moment.
- Roll all your die = 1 button.
- ALL your dice are automatically lined up under their respective rows of the phase strip. This is a HUGE time saver.
- Really, after the dice move, all you have to do is pick your phase die, select any desired dictate die, and move any reassign/wild dice, then push the big red button!.
- The game then automatically flips the phase markers, moves any unused die back into your "cup" area, and the AI starts performing his turn.

I couldn't see the link you sent = (Error 404). Can you provide any details of which image was missing?
I haven't messed with the dropbox stuff in quite awhile, so I have no idea of what might have changed. I'll hit my friends up to see if they have any issues.
SamF7
I did find one bug, TTS can't seem to find the background image, https://www.dropbox.com/s/dl/3kndudwabs17w14/milkyway.jpg . Was it moved or taken offline?
Feel free to drop any feedback, suggestions here.

That's a TTS "thing". I couldn't program this to be default, so the player HAS to select his player color before the game begins; red, in this case. You are red, the AI player is green.
After the game begins, click on your name in the top right hand corner, and click, "change color". Scroll the screen down to the side of the table OPPOSITE the AI placard. You should see a red sphere. Just click on the red sphere to set yourself as the red player and you should be good to go.
You are now the RED player, and the big red box now becomes transparent so you can see your dice (but not the AI's green dice until the barrier goes down).
The AI will do his move, but you still need to perform your moves manually.
Nice catch. I'll add a quick note when the game begins to remind players to switch to the red team.
SamF7
I can start a game, look at my tiles, choose starting tiles, etc, but once I do that, I can't see any of my dice under the red section any more to place them? Or am I skipping a step - what's the CMD die it wants me to select?
We got atempt to make a skynet.
Thx for mod looks good
AI plays by the same rules as the player, and is capable of intelligently using all of his developments. (Okay, AI does NOT use Executive Power, Psi-Crystal Forecasters, Backup Planning, or Galactic Mandate!)
The AI DOES use all of the other developments intelligently, and is fully capable of using the dictate ability when it's advantageous to do so.
Score is constantly updated for each player, and includes the additional scoring abilities for all 6-VP developments.
Please post any comments or bugs into the thread below.
