it's not adaptable to Incubus or other familiars

didn't really make sense to include it in a pack since its specifically just for people who want to use the mouse to play, having it randomly show up in a run for someone using the pack who doesn't want to use the mouse would just be pointless, sure you can go into the settings of the pack and block the item but still

its the zapinator, not the zapper, if thats what your referencing. that sprite is the exact same as the zapinator so i would assume you are.

it´s a better marked, and i like the idea, because i hate marked. However, most players (including me) are used to playing isaac only with a keyboard/joystick, ao it feels like using the mouse doesn´t fit. maybe, this mod should enable you to control the mark with either the mouse or the default control

basically it simulates what would happen if you had both analog stick and have enabled the "EnableMouseControl" option in the games config settings
