Kaiser Wilhelm II best Kaiser

No DLC is required as the mod was made before pretty much all of the HOI4 DLC came out. I'd be genuinely surprised if this mod even still worked, let alone was any fun lol

Patriam is (or was) the successor mod to The Kaiser Wars. It planned to have a unique map (Not Earth/Vanilla Hoi4), new mechanics and the usual things to go along with mods like focuses, events, nations etc. As well as a new unique lore

This mod is so discontinued that we discontinued Patriam and turned it into a Minecraft Server, and soon to also be a Book and a standalone RTS Game similar to Age of Empires

Because most of the files were broken and corrupt, I really like this mod and maybe on day I'll continue it again, but for now its staying discontinued. Also especially now with 1.6+ us mod devs have kind of been fucked over, especially ones with small teams like ours.

Yes Mussolini is leader of New Rome, his ideas for a new Roman Empire are more vivid in this timeline, which is why he renames Italty to New Rome
And that event or events chain would be a good idea

Some events could be fun to have in East Francia : Léon Dégrelle eliminate Napoléon and install an burgundy empire.

Francia was united as a whole up until 1927 when the Frankish Civil War broke out after the Frankish Emperor died and his two sons, Charles and Napoleon fought for power. Charles was defeated and sent into exile, turning West Francia into a democratic republic while East Francia remained an Empire, fighting with the West Germans who had declared independence in 1929. United Francia was decended from Napoleon and his Empire, although Napoleon in the tkw timeline failed to conquer as much as he did in our timeline and instead focuses on cementing France's colonial power, especially in the Americas, but much of this was lost during the Frankish Civil War to foriegn powers, the last remaining colonial territories being grabbed by East Francia.

In 1933 the Grand Entente was created between Ireland, East and West Africa to combat Anglo and German agression and expansion. In 1934 The West German Republic also joined the Grand Entente as they were feeling threatened by the North German Kaiserreich and the Bavarian Reich.
