To fix the left-handedness, use this script:

The CS weapons used to be modeled/animated as left handed and then mirrored in game. After the Last Stand update changed that, so all my CS weapon mods that are using the original system are rendered on the left hand side.
I don't have time to fix the mods at the moment, but I will do that at some point when I have more time.
Note: I'm not a modder, so I cant explain why it wont work for you if it doesn't. It works for me and my mods and that is all I know and that is all I can tell you.
This was hands-down my go-to SG552 replacement mod until I found that irksome quirk.
Most other SG552 replacers have scripts that cancel mirroring that the game (and this mod) use. If the game isn't restarted, the script will be left over and the mirroring isn't working.
