Tough tough tough, but very satisfying to get through! Local Co-op, Gehennical Beam Trick, and My Grandpa's small writing desk were deviously awesome.

excellent puzzles- well put together. stars feel even more interconnected and rewarding than the base game. The use of the red walls was done great too

My PC's graphics card is too old for TTP2, so I've decided to try some mods. I'll start with this one.

@AG Yes you can jam that barrier from somewhere... What puzzles have a jammer and a view of the tower?

Some help please. I have all siguls and 8 stars. The last star is in the central 'tower'. I jump on the C fan which takes me up to the top level. I am confronted by a barrier, through which I can access the star. I can see the star behind some metal mesh. I need a jammer from somewhere. The solution videos have no barrier and a slightly different layout which makes the star readily accessible. I'm a bit stuck, so if anyone has played this version, I'd appreciate an assist!

this is mindblowing, i am really impressed. Some of the puzzles are brutal tho, do a wrong step and you have to start over again, tears and frustration lol. But when you find the solution, there is a sense of satisfaction. Good job well made

I had played Ranamo Puzzles 1 a while ago and didn't really enjoy it that much, so I was putting off playing Ranamo Puzzles 2. Well, that was a mistake, RP2 is an excellent mod with excellent puzzles!
P.S. I found alternative partial solutions for Star #4. I smuggled out 2 hexahedrons from Higher Ground level to the world B hub. I then turned off the fan that takes you to 4x2 and put a box on it, which allowed me to jump on the walls of Raymania. I dropped down the other box into the level, put a jammer on it. Afterwards I went back to the fan, jumped on the wall, took took the jammer and went to the end of the level. You can also use this same spot to turn on the light bridge for World C star.

Thank you for these amazing custom map packs! They are on par with the main game, and I like what you did when you slightly changed the properties of the rectangular plate, I think they are more logical than in the original

I might be echoing other comments here, but: while the puzzles are generally challenging, they're also very unforgiving. There were plenty of QR code comments in world A about softlocks, which wasn't too bad since the levels were fairly short. But there's also a very easy room to get trapped in for world B, which I won't spoil, but it took a lot of back tracking, and I thought I had figured it out, but instead, I had to reset the puzzle, which reset the cleverness employed, so now I have to redo both things, as well as figure out a third thing. It's just too many chances to get led into a dead end.

This is truly an amazing workshop map. At first I was confused at some of the star signs, but as one progresses this becomes clear. The level of difficulty was perfect, relying on clever usage of simple concepts, rather than obnoxious game mechanics. Would recommend this map for anyone craving for more after having completed all puzzles in Gehenna. Very well done Ranamo, I look forward to any other custom map if you decide to make one ( Perhaps in The Talos Principle 2? :D )

This puzzles are just insane. A big step forward from the first part, the stars are pretty tricky though. Like it!

Decided to play this again after a couple years, as I usually do for any puzzle game, and this is still one of the best maps in Talos Principle!

Yes the mod is converted to newest Talos Engine.

The 2.0 update does'nt work with the old version !?

I updated my puzzle mods that were outdated and didn't work anymore.

Ok we really need to talk about your small grandpa's writing desk. What exactly is wrong with it and why is it so complicated? Does it need more legs? Are there holes in the wood? Does it need some polish? Working on it was quite frustrating!

Thanks RanamoBoy, this is a magnificent puzzle pack. I really enjoyed all the puzzles. The most challenging for me was the Ghenian beam trick, which I eventually managed to solve without any dubious methods. A lot of other puzzles were also quite challenging - which I like. Too bad the pack currently only runs with the legacy version of the game - hopefully you will be able to update it for the newer version since it is a real shame that people are/will not be able to play it.

I really want to play this but I have latest version of the game. I was disappointed to realized that the latest version of the game does not run these community made maps. If I have understood correctly community made maps could not run necessarily in Legacy version. They said that there is nothing to do.

I cannot get this mod to work. :/ I have the latest Talos build. Anything to be done?

Spread the word! If authors do decide to UPDATE their maps to be compatible with the new version of Talos, then it would be a good idea to save these new maps under a new unique name like "Updated Ranamo Puzzles 2" so that the many users who have reverted their Talos to "Previous Version" to be able to play existing workshop maps don't have their favorite older maps destroyed. If you are subscribed to a map and it gets updated then Talos AUTOMATICALLY OVERWRITES that map with the newer version. This is a desirable behavior normally, but not if you have downgraded your Talos to "Previous Version". In this situation your map gets overwritten by an incompatible newer map that will only run on the latest version of Talos. Keeping the maps separate with separate "Subscribe" selectors is the only way to prevent angry users. The UPDATE process involves getting the new version of the Editor and re-saving and re-zipping the gro file before uploading it to the Workshop.

Ranamo Boy: This was an excellent map set. I enjoyed it and the first Ranamo set immensely. It was challenging but still fun and solvable. Thanks for the hard work in putting this out.

Great Puzzel Map. The best Talos-Custom-Map I played yet. The puzzels are very clever and hart!

egoism puzzles aren't long at least. resetting isn't wasting much time

i need to handle carefully about place ladders in egoism levels because it might generate new (more easy or simple) solutions using ladders. example, put reflector in a closed room and exit there with ladder and go other room. so i don't intend to place it for now. i appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I'm unsubbing after getting soft-locked for the 60th time. It's not clever, it's not fun, and it comes off as being rather lazy. How hard is it to include a ladder here and there? Sucks because the puzzles seem interesting and the first edition had some cool puzzles, but I'm tired of starting from square 1.

All complete. Only had to watch one walkthrough (gehennical beam trick, thanks barrymead), and I don't feel bad 'cause the solution doesn't seem like it would work (there's two beams that spark while crossing, yet both keep going to the recievers? Logically they should cancel each other at the spark and activate neither reciever.) .

Am I supposed to be able to complete catwalk without using either of the catwalks?

Ok, scrap that. The mystery was too intruiging and on going back for further sleuthing I found the solution. I really love the player comment qr codes btw, gives a feel of the original game.

7 sigils and 5 stars (7 inc. zone clears) left. Loved this so far, and the stars are fiendish (i almost thought i'd been tricked on star 1 when i reached the little tower) . It really bugs me when there's some part of a level unused, and I'm confident it's connected to a star if only I knew how. Still stumped on the mystery of Watch Your Step II (it looks like there is a wider bottom layer to the block from the walkway outside in WYS I, maybe something is there?) .

Excellent puzzles. Plenty of difficult ones, but always fair.

@Pee_Dr4g0n apparently its a bug with an entirely different mod: Query adds a custom recorder with 1 minute timer, but apparently it leaks to other mods. Uninstalling Query should return the recorder to normal again.
