I think there should be a option to get the kaiser or his son back in, but as a facist leader. And maybe, you could get a new monarchy, or choose the old one.

I think this will be great for alt-history, if you took some of the monarchist focus ideas from both vanilla and road to 56 and combined them. This looks very promising.
