This mod is actual trash, let me put it simply. Italy could not defeat Ethiopia because, while yes the partisan division is shit, that doesn't matter when you have 700! I thought this was just strange behavior due to this mod being old and the fact that Ethiopia starts at war with Italy. It was not. Poland with 3000 divisions. Each division having only one brigade and then lots of divisions is an interesting idea. Except, even 120 inf divisions with 9 inf brigades each only adds up to 1080 divisions. Poland in my example had 3 full field marshals of soldiers for free. Not even mentioning the lag from 3k divisions, Germany could not defeat them because the moment I forced the polish capitulation (transferring control over all polish states to german states) They simply rose up again. If you are looking for a mod to spice up exile game-play, look somewhere else

The mod is broken these days, which is sad. I miss being able to run a resistance campaign from exile. But now massive amounts of partisans pop up during wars.

this mod completely ridiculous. when you captured the poland as germany, after 2-3 minutes almost 50 divisions of partisans attacking your army and territory. need to balance as soon as possible.
