If the SNPCs are broken, then why not remove the mods? You're going to make new SNPCs anyways, so you might as well. Besides, it'll probably stop the flooding of hate comments in your notifications :P

The tripod was soo overpowered xD i put it against 3 gargantuas from the half-life renicance pack and it oneshot all of them

I've already come up with working fixes, but it's just the stupid updating software which Garry for some reason took pleasure in making WORSE to use, it's basically to difficult to find a way of uploading the fix by this point.

It should hopefully be remade, all existing files are currently gone, but there shouldn't be a reason why a remake (along with many other combine beta SNPCs) isn't possible.
