Can you add a option that switches the keybind to shoot the laser to a key like "Q" or maybe a custom option? It is just because sometimes I want to actually use the slice attack but it becomes a projectile attack

The controls were not really thought through with a controller in mind. Aiming with the right analog stick is hard when you also need to press X button (360) to charge the attack. Also I could not figure out how to move while charging.

The controller support is rather clumsy. I'd expect to aim with the left analog stick since I'm using my right thumb to press down the charge button. But as it turns out, you gotta aim with the right analog stick while the left one does nothing.

Would love to see this fixed! Maybe make it so that both sticks can be used to aim, since you''re forced to stand still anyway.

A bug occours where if i use it too much the camera will still be shoulder view, i am not able to attack and the only way to stop it is to go back to spaceship.

Anybody know a way to fix that bug where you can't put the weapon on her shoulder anymore

One thing I noticed is that if you use the beam attack, Hat Kid will no longer rest the weapon on her shoulder after attacking, even if you unequip the badge. Not sure if it's possible to fix this.

@Mike Smith : Just tested it and it works properly now. Really relieved since other mods like the Vanessa costume still have the auto-equip issue. Thank you for fixing it. 8^)

@Mike Smith : Still has the same problem. A lot of other mods are experiencing similar issues due to the new dlc. This is probably something you'll need to fix once the devs turn back on the mod editor.

@JGamezOfElzam Try equip then unequip it. The dlc update seems to auto-equip hat kid with the last of your enabled mod badges, which you can look at her hat and find the badge pinned onto it. The badges showing on the pause menu is incorrect.
@ Bingo Bongo Maybe you can try resubscribe? Things work fine for me.

Just to give you a heads up for when the mod editor is back up, this mod is now bugged by the dlc as it remains active eventhough you don't have the badge equipped.
