Another useless mod.....

@vChroma: It works in multiplayer, but only you can see the changes (for all engineers in the game room). Technically I would suggest your friends to get it too, but it's redundant because Torchlight II multiplayer now requires people to have the same mods as you to even join your game.

@Skyline9699: I don't know how to reverse the mod binding. You can probably get an answer straight from Runic at their forums.

So my Engineer save file now depends on this mod, but I don't want to use it anymore for multiplayer purposes. Is there any way I can remove this dependency?

@AnnaLemma: Unfortunately I've never tried Synergies and I'm not good enough with GUTS to know how it even messes up the hair.

Definitely not playing nice with Synergies. If this mod is below Syn in the order list, the backpack is still there. If you promote it above Syn, the backpack goes away but the hair gets FUBARed (face seems to stay the same). Here's to hoping for updates - I really want this to work!!

This mod works with Synergies as long as it's placed on top of the load order, but you won't have access to the additional face options that come with Synergies.

Great mod, but compatibility would be nice. :)

@Nanomight: It's probably true that Synergies is conflicting with other mods. You could however force this to load on top of it by moving this mod down in the launcher's sort order.

It might be because I'm using SynergiesMod. I'm not sure how other mods work with that one enabled, what with it being pretty much an entire overhaul.

thanks it works now. i just wasnt selecting the mods and playing the modded version.

Make sure you tick on the mod in the launcher then launch the game in mod mode. It will say mod mode in yellow at the bottom left corner of the main menu. Then go to character creation and see if the Engineer there has no backpack. If it still doesn't work, try launching with nothing but this mod enabled.

You click the subscribe button, but the mod doesn't seem to be working. At least not for me anyway.

You sir do good simple work! Always playing an engineer the Backpack kinda bothered me when i wanted to play a knight like Engineer, and you just fixed it! Keep up the great work!
