Not as much as you expect. I'm pretty sure I set the thing to short sailing and divided the ocean in such a way it limits sailing.

You mean it doesn't perfectly follow the drawn border line? Yeah artistic choice. The number is indeed always the same. I might do more in this stile eventually. It was pretty fun style to work with.

Minor thing i noticed. The border that shows where your dominion is appears broken in my current game. It's in 62 (dunno if the number is always the same though- it's in the bottom right corner of the map)
