I get what you're saying; but keep in mind the shoes potentially take up a weapon slot for Demo. Isolating the shoes feels like a better option, especially if you wanted to wear the suit and play full demoknight.

Hardly anyone uses shoes, because they're hard to see in gameplay. A possibly even better thing would be to merge the shoes into the suit, so you get an added effect with 1 less cosmetic slot (so you can equip some shades, a shoulder companion, or somthing else)

the shoes were a last minute addition; hopefully having the shoes seperated means they can be used with other loadout combinations.
