as a czech, this is very offensive

As germany, im trying to give carriers to Italy (my friend) but is not working. Only with carriers, I can give him any other ships but not carriers. I thought that it was cause I had a "Cruiser or BB conversion to Carrier" so I also investigated the 1938 carrier but that didnt work.

@norto i doubt it as you cannot refit foreign ships, you can license the class from the ai and you can modify the class and then refit the foreign ship.

My puppets (AI) won't use the ships

Is there a way to refit ships that you've sent or received though?

@KSKJason to transfer a particular ship you have to name it Transfer (make sure you use a capital T) and then transfer that class of ship and it will prioritise the ship you have named Transfer

There's actually a way to select a specific ship to transfer. As the codes are preferred to transfer a ship called "Transfer", simply rename your ship to "Transfer" and click the decision. Then you can now be sure of which ship it will transfer.

It is in the mod, it's clunky though - Have to use a capital T when naming a ship Transfer.

Hey, that odd thing you mentioned of renaming a ship "Transfer" to transfer that one actually works? If so, can you make into the mod? I don't care it's weird, still better than totally random.

Added another decision menu "Transfer Ships Menu Manager", offer decisions to open and close the transfer menus apart from seize navy, but can be added on request. Didn't include it as it doesn't usually have many nations included anyway. Helps clean up the decisions window by hiding all the transfer options. This was easier than doing it on a nation basis, hope it was what you were after. Sorry it took so long as well, been rather busy I'm afraid.

When you have a lot of puppets, the list is quite long and un-ticking all checkboxes is also annoying. Would it be possible to collapse the transferring menu when its not needed? That - for example - you can click a decision to show all the options for one country? And recollaps it when done.

This mod is a really cool idea! Would it be possible to make it so that the oldest ships are transferred first? It kinda seems odd that a powerful nation would send possibly it's most powerful ship to their tiny puppet.

To transfer ships a nation has to either be a puppet or a player. If you would like to designate a ship instead of it being random, you have to use the only 'awkward' solution I could come up with. You have to name the ship you wish to transfer, to the following; 'Transfer' - IT MUST have a capital T or it will select a randomship. It's a very awkward method but sadly i can only use the new GUI elements to take entire navies and not actually transfer a ship. Secondly, if you would like to make a Japanese translation you are welcome to do so, just obiously give credit towards myself. Thanks.
