Is there a way to transfer this map somehow to CS2 ? . It's a great map me and my friends used to have a lot of matches there! Please if there is a way to somehow integrate it for CS2 it would be awesome!

Hi, love this map. This is a complete remodel of the original Estate map. Love the new tunnel design with mud, though the rooms are way to crowded (too many props inside), I do love the fact that you add more rooms for it, and new appearance for the estate (it looks like a nucleus research center from outside and a terrorist nest from inside haha) 8/10 i will give.

OMG totally ruined. Tunnel is gone, Night time is gone. I want to see old night time with light buttons turn off & on so that Ts can hide in the dark which gives CTs the advantage as well to sneak in & rescue. Do you think this seems a rescue mission ? Both teams will just fight head on & die within few seconds. Fail map, Please dont add

One thing is for sure, never keep it as close to the original
I can say the original sucks. Cramped corridors are all over the place and sniping is quite common

Just one thing: Bots can see through bushes. It would be good if a smoke grenade view blocking collider could be added on, to prevent them to see.

Please remove the black and white vision filter and also the window slots next to the front door. Other than that, pretty good port of a classic map.

Sadly, the decor is much too simplistic for it to ever make it into the game. It would need a true visual upgrade that departs from the CSS style for it to make it in, such as it not looking like a factory from the outside.


A remake that looks more grandiose would make it much more attractive to add in.

Nice remake, but in the 1.6 map there was fuse box on the outside of the mansion that the CTs could play with and turn the lights out inside the building. Could you maybe consider adding that?:steamhappy:

Ratings are a bit high on this map. Could have done with better and up to date textures, instead looks like a texture pack from CSS. Mansion doesn't work with its surroundings - it looks more like a grey water treatment facility than a mansion. Way too many destroyable props in the map and it hurts performance. You "could" have balanced game play a bit more, like give CTs more cover, safer access points, etc. etc.

It's good but it's not near as perfect as people are proclaiming it to be. Then again, 8000 subscribers and 200 votes.
