Right click on Garry's Mod, go to properties, locate and click the General tab, click "Set Launch Options" and type (or copy/paste)
+r_drawmodeldecals 0
in, then click ok and see if that fixes the issue.

I never knew why you never fixed the bug that when you shoot an NPC or a ragdoll or even a player in the head it crash.

We’ll see how I feel, many of the females had a bad skeleton so I decided to rework them, now I decided to strawpoll each, give them their ingame bones with good face bones. Some like Eric don’t need rework as he has the ingame bones and faceposing from the game. I’ll do what I can.
