Ok i got it, this model's face is way too detalied for DirectX9 to render blood decals when shooting to it, the problem gets solved switching to DirectX10 or 11 setting -dxlevel101 or -dxlevel110 as start properties for the game, the other solution will be for me to set the model as "non-flesh" so it doesnt produce blood decals when hit.

For some reason, shooting the ragdoll in the face causes the game to crash with most weapons. Spawn the ragdoll and shoot it in the head with the SMG, this causes my game to crash because of the index buffer.

Ok i can confirm that bug, but I can only face it in the NPC, i tried in the ragdoll and the game doesn't crash, can you confirm if you see this problem also in the ragdoll and the model set as playermodel? That would help me..

I'm having an issue with the npc and ragdoll. If the npc dies from a headshot, garrysmod crashes and says there's too much index buffer. Some say index buffer error occurs because your PC can't handle it but the problem occurs with the ragdoll. If you shoot the ragdoll in the head, it crashes garrysmod too. There must be a problem with the blood textures and how it is placed on the model.

I'd personally love to see the Administrator next, but whoever is next, you'll do a brilliant job with them.
