i like the idea, and all, but the design is a bit off to me
maybe make it a lighter pink, like real strawberry milk.

Maybe one thing you could do with Brimstone and Mom's Knife synergy is maybe fire the 4-directional strawberry tears while you charge up brimstone/mom's knife (not the brimstone/mom's knife itself)?

@LittleMac117 Exactly! Isaac is a so fun because a normal run is really fun, but when you just happen to find some overpowered synergy, you can have so much fun destroying everything.

@IntrinsicNerd that is true, just like getting tech x as azazel.

@robotrage I do agree that those synergies would be super overpowered, but that's one of the fun things about Isaac. Sometimes if you get lucky you just become a super overpowered untouchable character. That's just my opinion on it though

Maybe they should just be Light Shots?

@ShadyHaze Possibly, I will make more if I have any other decent ideas. I was messing around with a couple but they didn't really work unfortunately.

@ShadyHaze I appreciate the input but my goal with this item was to make it a solid one, i don't think it is too op and in the late game it would just be considered ok. This being said, if you want to nerf it simply find where the mod is downloaded and >right click on main.lua > open with [text editor] and there you can remove the damage upgrade and tear shot speed (or make the negative) [Line 19: player.Damage = player.Damage + 1.6;]

I really like the idea of the item, however it seems to be a little bit to good. Mayby you could make it a shotspeed downgrade similar to Eve's Mascara instead of an upgrade?

@phaeron It is on the better side opposed to most items but i would say that since it doesent have a multiplier, and only a flat 1.6 dmg up the late game pickup of this item wouldnt exactly give you an easy win.

I guess that would make sense, though it's tough to tell with no visible hole at the top.

giving it a fucking 1.25 dmg up is way too much adn makes this item extremely overpowered. id remove that and the shot speed just to have a cool fun item that also has cool synergies

Maybe both Chocolate Milk and Soy Milk are both a reskin of Strawberry Milk. Have you ever stopped to consider that?

But Soy Milk is also a reskin of Chocolate Milk, and that's an item in the regular game.

But, more importantly, why does it look like the milk is in bags? Does it mean that Isaac is secretly canadian?
