Thank you all for the kind comments. Whenever I felt very sad, I would check this comment section and remember that there was a time when I was able to do something, you know, just for fun!

After 7 years, it's been- and still is a rough time. But things are looking better.

Recently, I started thinking about what was and should still make me happy. Modding and Rimworld.

cool mod cant wait for the 1.0 version it be cool if there was a feture like "on the day tim binged on psycites and kill his wife" "or the day we saved that guy from the gang" it would give a mood buff or debuff or like an anerversry effects so maybe on that day if someone breaks down they will binge on pycites and kill there wife.

I agree with you Side1ner, it would give stories a bit more personality.

I'm getting random, without warning (no dev mode error messages) crashes to desktop. It started a little while ago and seemed to coincide with other problems one specific mod developed but that mod has been fixed and to test I started a new game without that mod and I still get the CTD. As I have no info, I am asking any mod (that I use) that has been updated in the past few weeks if the update might have introduced a memory leak or other problem that might cause a CTD.

Next entry:

"Harry got an artery blockage for his birthday. Replaced his heart with that of the asshole pirate that gave Angel a permanent brain injury. Thank you, Ari. All went well and Harry is a healthy 26-year old."

So, I REALLY like this mod. It's awesome going back a few years and remember all the important stuff from the past.

BUT! It'd be even more awesome if it was possible to log one's own short things inbetween the auto-generated stuff. For instance, just now I would have liked to write this:

"Joe was too far out mining when a manhunter pack of deer came around. Didn't make it to the door before they were all over him. They chewed his foot off. He made it, though, and now he's got a replacement limb. Also, the very next day he stepped on one of the deadfall traps and barely kept his head. Loosing plenty of blood from the neck wound, we just barely saved him this time. He is okay though, and back out mining."

Would make each save feel so much more unique if we could export the diary as an in-game log or a plain txt-document after we finish the colony.

Is it possible?

I'd really like to use this mod. It's installed and generates no errors, but nothing shows in the story log. I've got a shitload of mods, but as you state it's not incompatible with any other mods (as far as you know, of course) it's really annoying...
