I like your buildings but I have problems with this one here and the 159 state street corner. They always disappear when I put them with RICO at the corner. I already checked the High Res Zone. Any suggestions?

Thanks! Problem solved by building on a corner!
It would be nice if you can add that to the asset description as there is no way to know.
And please keep up with the custom buildings. Your work is exquisite!

Well it´s a corner building, if you plop it somewhere different it´ll despawn. You can only plop with anarchy or try search mod with plop the growables, works as well.

Nope, not in the corner. I've tried various locations and its always the same

You plop them on a corner? You need anarchy when you want to plop.

No, I plop all buildings using the Buildings Theme Manager. It's in the right zone and land value is ok.

Gr8 set of buildings! But same issue here. This and the other "State" model disappear the second they're constructed.
