Really love this. But its residential classification makes me feel kinda weird locating it in a commercial zone. Maybe make a commercial high one?

I agree with you, balconies looks poor, but 64 items to place is not enough !!
I've reorganized the asset and placed some items on them ; )

The balcony should add some sling chairs ,they are empty now.
